This circuit will make the distortion in automatic form, that is to say that we will not have control on the exit, but this will modify according to the entrance.
If what is desired is to have control on the same, of form to be able to distort it without depending on the entrance the previous circuit one will be due to modify of the following form:
Now the distorción will take place by means of a light ray that affects a resistor photo, which will make change the cut-off frequency of the filter formed by R3, C1 and C2.
A form practical to affect the resistor photo with light and to vary its intencidad is making it with a lantern and interrupir the ray of light with some object (it can place the lantern in the floor aiming at the resistor photo and with the foot to obtain the interruption of the light ray).
